What you will bring to the role

Our carers come from all walks of life, but they all have one thing in common: a desire to care and to make a difference to the lives of others. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, reliable individuals with strong initiative and a friendly, helpful manner.

Carers can come from any background with any experience. Our domiciliary carers have been secretaries, bank managers, mothers, fathers, students, nurses, soldiers and teachers. Some have worked as carers previously, for visiting care agencies or care homes, and some have no professional experience at all. As a CM Bespoke Care Carer, you will receive essential support and training to equip you with care skills, confidence and ongoing guidance to help you do the best job you can.

Our Carers are the face of our company, and it’s our care teams that enable our clients to stay in the comfort of their own homes. Our teams provide vital care and support as well as building and growing relationships, bringing smiles to the faces of our customers, laughing, sharing experiences, listening to stories and sometimes wiping away tears.

Being a part of CM Bespoke Care’s dedicated team is immensely rewarding, but it also demands commitment and professionalism. Working with some of the most vulnerable members of society can give enormous satisfaction to the right person. It offers the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives; a vocation rather than just a job.

CM Bespoke Care

At CM Bespoke Care, all of our team members share a passion and desire to be the best and provide the best care to all of our clients.

We employ a team of compassionate care assistants who are trained by the management team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to make a difference to the lives of those they care for and support.
We believe in going above and beyond for our care team, as they are hugely valued members of our CM Bespoke Care family.

Carer Opportunities

Ongoing carer training and development

Our learning and development programme is second to none.

We take great pride in providing the best possible training for our team and our care certificate training.

Under our learning programme, there is less emphasis on ‘teaching’ than on developing your knowledge, values and skills.

We have a specially designed training programme and our teaching is active and engaging – not just filling you with information!

When you first start out at CM Bespoke Care, we have a clear plan and timetable for your first 12 weeks to make sure we support you every step of the way.

And once you have completed this, we offer advanced training and many ongoing courses to help you climb the care ladder.

Highly competitive pay, incentives and rewards

We appreciate all of our carers’ hard work, and we like to show it. That’s why we benchmark our pay against our competitors to ensure we pay top rates

Not only that, but we’ll also:

  • Always pay you overtime for every single bank holiday you work
  • Pay for all your petrol expenses
  • Provide you with a free uniform
  • Include you on our company pension scheme
  • Make every effort to support you with the hours you want to work (whether that’s full-time, part-time or flexi-time)
  • Include you in our monthly Carer award, to honour those who our clients and your colleagues say have gone the extra mile throughout the month.
  • …and because we know everybody needs a break, you’ll also get 28 days paid pro rata holidays every year!
